The Checklane Format Explained
"Checklane" blisters are the small hanging packs traditionally found at retail checkout lanes — designed for impulse buys and entry-level collectors. Despite their small size, they often include exclusive promos that make them genuinely collectible, especially once a set sells through.
Pitch Black's Dark Allure
The Pitch Black set, headlined by Mega Darkrai EX and Mega Zeraora EX, brings a moody, black-bordered aesthetic and some of the most striking chase cards of the Mega Evolution era. Even a single blister offers a real shot at the set's premium pulls.
A Great Entry Point or Stocking Filler
The checklane blister is ideal for newcomers, younger collectors, and anyone who wants the exclusive promo at a low price point. It also makes a perfect gift or add-on to a larger order.
