Sealed Boxes or Singles: Where is your money going?

While chasing that elusive chase rare in sealed product is a thrill, buying singles is definitely the smarter play if you want to optimize your collection's value. Personally, I am sticking to singles until the market cools off, but I still love the rush of ripping packs.
