Sealed Boxes vs Singles: Where is your cardboard capital going?

Honestly, chasing the rush of a sealed booster box hit is unmatched, but I'm pivoting to singles right now to lock in those specific chase cards for my binder. Don't get me wrong, ripping packs is peak nostalgia, but the market value is definitely favoring the smart singles collectors today.
