Is slab life still worth the hype in 2025?

Honestly, unless you are chasing a top-tier gem mint 10 for the PC, the current market premiums on mid-grade slabs are barely covering the steep grading fees. I am still holding onto my raw grails for now, but man, those slabs do look crisp in the display case.
