Is slab-hunting still the meta in 2025?

Honestly, unless you are chasing a top-tier gem mint 10 for the PC, raw is looking pretty tempting lately. The market is cooling on mid-grade slabs, so I am really debating if it is worth the grading fees just to flip these modern pulls.
