Is slabbing still the move in 2025?

Honestly, unless you are sitting on a pristine grail or a pop report unicorn, I am leaning towards keeping raw sets in top loaders this year. The market is getting super picky about centering and surface, so only send your absolute gems to PSA or BGS if you are chasing that elusive pristine label.

Totally agree, unless it’s a high-end chase card, the grading fees just don't pay off like they used to. I’ve been sticking to magnetic cases for my display pieces and saving the money for more raw pick-ups instead. 📈

Totally agree, the grading fees are getting hard to justify unless you’re 100% sure it’s a 10. Raw collection is looking a lot cleaner on the shelf anyway 🤙

Totally agree, grading fees are getting too steep for anything less than a 10 candidate. I’m sticking to high-quality top loaders and magnetic cases for my collection this year too. 📈
